I am a wedding photographer from South West Washington, serving Portland, OR metro area. I live in Battle Ground - a small town north from Vancouver, WA with my lovely wife and my two adorable sons. Photography has been my passion since I was little. I like photographing people, capturing great moments of their life. My main web site is theoleksandr.com. I am going to write here about all my weddings and engagement sessions as well as the other photography assignments. Clients should come back here after their weddings to check for sneak slide show previews. Also, I am going to write about new products, my life, music, etc. So, check it out to see what I have been up to lately.

Second shooter

Posted by Oleksandr Havrylyuk on August 28, 2007

I had a great opportunity to shoot side by side with two amazing photographers TJ Cameron  and Jason Groupp. Jason came from New York to help TJ to shoot this beautiful wedding. Here is the image which I like the most from that day. I like that I was able to capture the moment right before the couple was going to kiss. In my opinion, such moments look much hotter then the kiss itself. Thanks TJ for inviting me.

What a cool photo! What post production stuff did you do to it… it almost looks comic book-like.
