“…this one is awesome! I went to her house two weeks ago for a tasting, she actually baked me like 5 different mini cakes to taste. She doesn’t use margarine, only butter:) she bakes her cakes so that they are the freshest possible from quality ingredients. She actually showed me which ingredients she puts into her cakes. LOL She has such a huge variety of cakes. She works as a pro cake decorator, she has 3-4 albums full of pictures of her work. Cakes taste amazing, my favorite is her fruit cake, comes with strawberries, kiwis…you can ask for any fruits that you like, also depends on the season..berries.  She delivers and sets everything up…and the prices are very good.
Her icing that she uses does not taste like fatty whipping cream, like every single cake bakers claims. She also doesn’t advertise, I found out about her three weeks ago, I almost made reservations at another place…all other places don’t even compete.”
